At GSI Systems, we are committed to protecting your privacy. The information collected from our site is used strictly for GSI Systems order processing, support requests, and to email order status.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you register with GSI Systems under our Account Signup area, your contact information, including your name, address and email address, is added to our mailing list so that, from time to time, we can send you information about new features, additions of products, specials, news letters, and changes to GSI Systems products and services.
We only use the credit card or payment information we acquire from you to fulfill your order.
All information is stored in a secure database in the United States and access is limited to authorized persons.
• When you submit an order or support request with GSI Systems, we need to know your name, email address, mailing address, credit card information, and any other pertinent data which allows us to process documents completely and accurately.
• We use your username / password login information to access your address and billing information, as well as to provide relevant information to you while visiting the GSI Systems site.
• We will monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop effective programs and content for our customers and partners.
• We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new products and services, and special offers we think you will find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may choose to remove yourself from our distribution list in the first email mailing you receive, or within your My Account area.
How does GSI Systems protect customer information?
When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software we use is Secure Sockets Layer 128-bit data encryption (SSL), which is endorsed by the World Wide Consortium and is the de facto standard for secure data transmission. SSL encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Will GSI Systems disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
GSI Systems does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This is stricktly prohibited.
