Review:

GSI installed an Axis 2100 to monitor the back door of an Art Conservation and restoration facility. The installation required anyone on site to see who was at the door prior to allowing entrance. Combined with a Viking door entry system the solution worked very well. When a visitor arrives they press a call button which rings the phone throughout the building, anyone can answer the phone and talk to the visitor as well as see them by clicking an Internet Explorer shortcut on their desktop. They then press a button on the phone to activate an electronic door strike and allow the visitor to enter. The AXIS 2100 has performed flawlessly for over a year 24/7. GSI later added archiving to our system using the same camera which saves a picture of every visitor with a timestamp. The picture quality is superb and the frame rate over the internet is faster than Panasonic WV-NM100 can achieve over the LAN!! Highly Recommended
